Orders to be delivered to the UK are sent using Royal Mail’s 48 Tracked Service.
Delivery times vary, so please allow 3-4 working days for delivery from receiving your order shipped confirmation.

Please note that any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Anna Dymond is not responsible for any additional charges for customs clearance and customers must pay for these in full. Please contact your local customs office for information on thresholds specific to your country.
US orders under $800 are sent as Delivery Duty Paid so import duties should be covered in the original sale. Please note however that US import policies are subject to change.
International orders are sent via Royal Mail’s International Tracked service.

If you change your mind, prints can be refunded within 30 days of purchase provided that they are returned in perfect, saleable condition and are in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for paying return postage. Please contact me before returning so that I can confirm the refund and provide relevant details. Please note the original postage fee will not be refunded.
If the print was not faulty, then a £10 restock fee will be removed from your refund to cover the admin involved in repacking and relisting the item.

Please contact me ASAP ideally via the contact form on my website if your print has arrived damaged. I will contact you and ask you to provide photos to show the damage.
Where possible, I will get a replacement sent out to you ASAP. If no replacement is available, I will refund you the cost of the print plus postage.

Prints can sometimes go astray in the post but generally do show up!
Please allow up to 28 days for your print to arrive. If your print has not shown up in that time, please contact me and I can investigate for you. If your print has been lost, I will send out a replacement or, if not possible, issue you a full refund.
